Cup Cake Kitchen Towel Crochet Pattern, Free Crochet Pattern

Kitchen Towel Crochet Pattern

Hand Towel Crochet Pattern

Crochet Kitchen Towel Pattern

This crochet pattern is for a kitchen towel to match your Urban Potholders published two weeks ago. It comes with a sweet surprise, a cupcake applique with a cherry that doubles up as your button. Cute, isn't it? I am absolutely in love with the wave pattern and will be designing a matching bread basket next. How about an apron as well, any takers? Leave your comments below. Your feedback is my motivation.

Crochet Pattern

1. Worsted weight cotton yarn. Lily Sugar 'n' Cream in colors Soft Ecru, Sunshine, and Hot Blue were used for the samples. Each towel took 2 balls, one in each color.
2. Hook I (5.5 mm) for the towel and H (5mm) for the cupcake.
3. Yarn needle to weave in the ends.

Finished Size

19 inches long and 13 1/2 inches wide after it is buttoned up.

Crochet Baby Dress Pattern with Two Unique Stitches, Sunshine Dress

This delightful baby dress pattern is designed using two unique crochet stitches. Who wouldn't love learning new stitches? The pattern is written to minimize weaving ends while changing colors. The bodice uses a combination of shell and puff stitches while the skirt is made up of a gorgeous eyelet crochet fabric. The bodice stitch would look more defined if you used a dark color with a light one. I have vowed not to buy more yarn until I finish half of my stash.  The yarn is taking over my apartment :). So I picked the two colors I already had. I would love to try this in another color combination later. What do you think of the colors used?
*Pattern is written in standard US terms.
*Pattern uses a DK weight (size 3) yarn.
*Pattern uses G(4mm) hook for the bodice and G(4.5)mm for the skirt.
*Pattern includes sizes Newborn to 2 Years
*The bodice has a back closure and the straps are adjustable for a custom fit.

Free Potholder Crochet Pattern, Urban Kitchen Potholder, Crochet Pot Holder or Hot Pad,

Pin it for later:

Use this crochet pattern to make a designer potholder for your contemporary kitchen. You can't imagine how easy the wave pattern is. The diagonal effect is achieved not through increases and decreases but by folding your potholder in a specific way. I had fun designing them and I will be gifting them to my friend who loves to cook and decorate her home. I hope you will enjoy making them too.

Matching kitchen towels with a sweet surprise is coming up next :).

1. Worsted weight cotton yarn. Lily Sugar 'n' Cream in colors Soft Ecru, Tangerine, and Hot Blue were used for the samples. Each pot holder took 2 balls, one in each color.
2. Hook 4.5mm
3. Yarn needle to weave in the ends.
